Payment & Confirmation
Registrations are billed and charged by IPSS 2026 (Mercy for all INC Address: P.O. BOX 5014, Madison, WI 53705). Upon receipt of registration and payment, the Meeting Secretariat (CONGRESSLINE LTD) will send confirmation to all participants. If confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact the Meeting Secretariat via email at vamos@congressline.hu
Payments sent after July 30, 2026, may not be confirmed in written form. Please bring proof of payment to the registration desk.
Online payments are accepted via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and China UnionPay credit and debit cards. A card number, expiry date, CVC, and postal code are required.
Cancellations

100% refund of the registration fee (minus the $25 administrative fee) in case of cancellation received before June 30, 2026.

No refund of registration fees in case of cancellation is received after June 30, 2026.
All cancellations should be emailed to the Meeting Secretariat (vamos@congressline.hu).
Hotel booking
The terms and conditions and cancellation policy for a hotel reservation will be clearly stated on the hotel’s booking site.
